Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be suspended.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided to casinoplay is accurate and up to date. casinoplay shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information, including failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect GCash numbers or bank account details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your casinoplay login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. casinoplay will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
You must notify casinoplay immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. casinoplay shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or have shared them with a third party.
casinoplay reserves the right to lock or suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation , casinoplay may temporarily restrict withdrawals and gameplay to protect the account holder's funds.
casinoplay accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your casinoplay account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. casinoplay does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. casinoplay reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Note: casinoplay does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your provider before depositing.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified casinoplay account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals are processed to GCash and PayMaya accounts typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
casinoplay reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied. Real-money balances that have not been subject to any bonus are withdrawable at any time, subject to identity verification.
casinoplay reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. In such cases, processing times may be extended while verification is completed.
All bonuses and promotions offered by casinoplay are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
casinoplay reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. casinoplay reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including where the Player has previously been found to have abused promotional offers.
All games available on casinoplay are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the casinoplay server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, casinoplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the casinoplay platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
casinoplay's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
casinoplay does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. casinoplay will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

casinoplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) casinoplay is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) casinoplay reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) the Player has failed to complete required KYC verification.
Upon termination for cause, casinoplay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to forfeit such balance entirely.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of casinoplay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact casinoplay's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. casinoplay will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
casinoplay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, casinoplay will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the casinoplay platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
